Pause My Child's Tennis Classes

Submit this form to notify the City of Parkland Billing Department of your intent to pause your child's tennis group classes.

This form will be received and processed by The City of Parkland Finance Department.
Per your child’s registration policies, we do require that in order to ensure that the following month’s payment does not process, that you complete this form no later than the 10th day of the current month.   
No other method of notification of pausing your classes and payments will be accepted.
