Welcome to Rob Nickels Tennis Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our services, website, or participating in our programs, you agree to the following terms.

SMS Program Terms

Rob Nickels Tennis Inc. SMS Program

When you opt-in you can expect to receive SMSs from us to organize your free trial as well as notifications to confirm your lessons with us.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Notification Requirement
- Cancellations for private lessons must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations for adult clinics must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations for group classes follow our monthly subscription policy: you must submit our online cancellation form before the 10th of the current month to avoid charges for the following month.
Late Cancellation Fee
- Private lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full lesson fee.
- Adult Clinics canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full lesson fee.
- Monthly group classes canceled after the 10th will still be billed for the following month.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled private lesson or adult clinic without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show and charged at the full rate.
Emergencies & Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss. Exceptions may be made at management’s discretion.
Rescheduling

Private lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Group class make-ups may be offered but are not guaranteed and must be scheduled through our system.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Outdoor classes may be canceled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions.
If we cancel due to weather, you will not be charged and may be offered a make-up option.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for missed classes.

Camps

Camp cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the start date.
Credits may be applied toward future camp sessions; refunds are not offered.

Continuous Cancellations

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of your preferred time slot or termination of services.

General Terms

By registering, you agree to follow our academy’s safety rules and code of conduct.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children before and after class times.
Rob Nickels Tennis Inc. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.
