Our Elite Group Class
Elite Training
Our Elite program is the bridge to USTA Team Training. It’s invitation-only for committed juniors who train multiple times per week and are actively preparing for higher-level competition. Sessions emphasize weapon-building (serve/return patterns), point construction, footwork and fitness, consistency under pressure, and match-play reps. Players typically compete in local tournaments and USTA Leagues, build confidence and rankings, and work toward promotion into our USTA group.
Training for the Next Level
In our Elite program, players train and prepare for the intensity of competitive match play. Sessions focus on building power, precision, and tactical awareness, while developing the physical and mental strength needed for advanced tennis. By practicing with the same equipment and conditions used in competition, athletes gain the confidence, consistency, and resilience required to transition successfully into USTA-level play.
