WHAT IS JUNIOR TEAM TENNIS?
The USTA Junior Team Tennis (JTT) league is a program run by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) that provides an opportunity for young players to participate in competitive team tennis.
WHAT IS THE FORMAT?
The teams are coached by their regular coaches and format is a combination of singles and doubles play.
AGE DIVISIONS
The league is divided into different age divisions. Players are placed on teams by Rob Nickels and compete against teams from other clubs or organizations in a league format.
WHY ENTER YOUR CHILD INTO JUNIOR TEAM TENNIS?
JTT league focuses on developing skills, learning to play as part of a team, and fostering a love of the game. The league is a great way for young players to develop their skills and gain experience competing in a team environment. It also helps to build camaraderie and friendships among the players.
WHO WILL PLAY?
We plan on entering multiple teams into the different age divisions in this league and a member of our coaching staff will attend the matches with your child.
